DEALSHAKER KYB VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

At Dealshaker, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and trust, ensuring that only loyal and reliable merchants offer their products through our E-commerce platform. To ensure our users that each merchant and their deals meet all legal requirements and have all necessary permits and certificates to offer the relevant products or services, KYB (Know Your Business) verification is mandatory. Each merchant has to upload in Step 1 when creating or editing a business account the required documents, acceptable as proof of identity/address) during the Dealshaker Merchant Profile KYB verification process:

1. Personal ID card, Driving license, or Passport copy, scanned back and front

2. Proof of Address – If it is different from your ID or Business License, this can be a utility bill, bank statement, or government document

3. Copy of Business License – It is a must for all Individuals, self-employed, and Companies from China. It is also required to upload a screenshot of the Business License from the Chinese Government website to showcase Active status. For some countries where it is not required to have a Business License (like New Zealand, for example), merchants must provide a Tax Number/VAT number, etc.

4. Pan card Number – It is a must for all merchants from India

5. License to sell alcohols and wines – “Pre-packaged Food” must be entered as a Business Scope of the merchants from China

6. Other certificates related to services e.g builder license, acupuncture, medicine or dental services, cosmetic procedures, health massage, etc

7. Notarized Authorisation documentation for agents, dropshipping, sell branded products

All the entered Information by the merchant when creating or editing a business account must be consistent with the documents provided i.e. Store Name, Аddress, Company Registration Number (CRN), etc.

We recommend that all merchants delete or edit any irrelevant Business accounts registered in the past with incomplete information and no documents provided. Merchants should check and update their business account information for all their registered stores in the past. The KYB (Know Your Business) verification process helps to prevent fraud and builds trust in the businesses and in the platform itself. We rely on your responsible attitude as businesses and merchants to fulfill the KYB requirements so that we can build trust and guarantee the best quality of the goods and services offered on the Dealshaker platform.
