A new IMA office was officially opened in Cambodia. The CEO of the company Mr. Ventsislav Zlatkov, the Dealshaker Global Director Mr. Vladislav Velkov, and Mai Loan – IGC member for East Asia participated in the opening ceremony and congratulated the members of the Country Board in Cambodia, the Dealshaker Country Manager Chhum Sokneov, and the team for their excellent work and ambitious goals. The office is located at Tapol Village, Svay Dongkum District, Siemreap Province, Cambodia. Seng Monyrath, Vhon Mab, and Saren MonyHoly are also part of the great and enthusiastic team in Cambodia.

The office also functions as a ONE VITA showroom and all members can visit it and learn more about the unique products and how to purchase them. The office also supports all Dealshaker merchants in the region with training and advice related to the opportunities to sell more online and be successful merchants on the global platform.

Cambodians are adopting eCommerce both as consumers and merchants, and there is significant untapped market potential in the sector fueled by exploding internet access, high smartphone penetration, and a young, growing middle class. Cambodia’s fintech sector has developed rapidly in the past several years. More Cambodians are using their smartphones for a variety of services including QR code payments, and cashless money transfers between e-wallets and bank accounts.
