The country board plays a vital role in the success and growth of our projects. This group is composed of highly motivated and capable individuals appointed or elected to represent the interests of the Company in a particular country, said the CEO of the company Mr. Ventsislav Zlatkov during his participation in the Newsroom show.

“At the heart of our company and the basis of our success and development are people! Collaboration is the driving force behind our company. More than 190 people around the world were selected to represent their countries. 150 are the Country board members and about 40 are the country representatives. The main objective of the country board is to facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Company’s corporate headquarters and the IMAs operating within their respective countries. Country board members are not company employees, and they do not function as bosses of the local structure. Instead, Country board members will play a crucial role in representing the interests of the Company within their specific country or geographical region” added Mr. Zlatkov.

“This election once again proved how much trust we have in all of our members and how the voice of each one matters. “The members of the country boards and the representatives of countries were elected democratically and transparently. I am so proud of each one of them and I am sure that we all will work together and with consensus will bring the goals and reach great results”, Mr, Zlatkov said.
